Our Vision
Every team should be able to turn an idea into production-grade software. Today that work struggles with cost, complexity and inconsistency, and no existing platform runs the whole lifecycle. Sembix is building the first AI-native platform for the entire product lifecycle—a manufacturing line for software—turning delivery from an act of faith into an engineered process.
Our Story
Sembix was founded in 2024 after years of working on complex system delivery projects.
After years of working on complex delivery projects, our founding team recognized a common pattern: software efforts fail not because teams can't write code, but because they can't reliably understand the system they have, define the system they want, or ensure daily work moves them closer. We envisioned a new category—AI-native product engineering—to replace manual system reasoning with structured intelligence.
Today, Sembix is creating the AI-native product engineering category—the first platform designed to make the system itself the source of truth, so delivery is predictable, standards-compliant, and repeatable from idea to production.
