Our Story
Sembix was founded in 2024 after years of working on complex modernization projects.
After years of working on complex modernization projects, our founding team recognized a common pattern: modernization fails not because teams can't write code, but because they can't reliably understand the system they have, define the system they want, or ensure daily work moves them closer. We envisioned a new category—Modernization Intelligence—to replace manual system reasoning with structured intelligence.
Today, Sembix is creating the Modernization Intelligence category—the first platform designed to make the system itself the source of truth, enabling modernization that is knowable, governable, and incrementally automatable.
